This evening was warm and wonderful because I went to visit a friend of mine. The conversation was mentally and emotionally nourishing, then Laura fed me supper. It was a physically nourishing, mouth-watering supper (roast!) that I didn’t have to cook. All of that sure did nourish my spirit too.

Her four little girls were absolute angels, and Laura and I enjoyed just having “grown-up” time. After spending all day in the company of teenagers, I sure do enjoy talking to an understanding friend. Now for a shopping trip……
